Return and Refunds

At Ashpveda, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please read our updated Refund & Exchange Policy below:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

- The product delivered is physically damaged.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in saleable condition.

❗ **Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 07 calendar days of delivery.
Process for Returns or Exchanges

For Website Orders:

2. Share:

- Order ID.
- Photos (for damaged or defective products).
- Reason for return.

3. Receive a Return Authorization Number from us.
4. Return the product securely with original packaging and invoice.

For In-Store Purchases:
- Visit the same store with the original receipt to process your return/exchange.
Refunds & Resolutions

For eligible returns:

- Refunds are provided as store credit or product exchange (No cash refunds).
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Customers will be notified via email/SMS at each step of the return process.

Products purchased on sale, as part of promotions, gift boxes, or opened/used items are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless damaged during delivery.
Courier & Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to damage or incorrect delivery by Ashpveda, return shipping costs are covered by us.
- If the return is due to personal preference, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Leaking/Damaged Product Claims

- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery along with the order ID.
- Our team will complete a quality check within 48-72 hours.
- Approved claims will receive either a replacement, refund in the mode of payment or store credit.
Important Notes

- One exchange per item only.
- No cash refunds.
- Please allow 7-10 working days to complete the return/exchange process.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Tracking details for returns must be shared with our customer care team.
Order Tracking

Order tracking details are automatically shared via email/SMS. If not received, please contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
