Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are only available for items that meet the following conditions:
• The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
• The item has missing parts or accessories.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product must be unused, with its packaging unopened, and in saleable condition.

Timeframe

The return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.

For purchases made at our stores, returns or exchanges must be initiated at the store of purchase.

Required Documentation

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and a return/exchange authorization number (provided by our Customer Service or store team).

Inspection and Approval

Our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the conditions for exchange. If approved, we will provide an exchange authorization.

Courier Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Products purchased during promotions or sales, gift boxes, and opened/used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  

Claims for Damaged or Leaking Products

If your product was damaged or leaked during delivery, please email us with product images and the order Id within 7 days of delivery.

We will complete a quality check within 48-72 hours after receiving the product. If approved, we will process the return or exchange.

Important Notes

• Returns or exchanges are subject to inspection by the Ashpveda Team.
• Damages caused by neglect, improper use, or incorrect application will not be covered.
• Each item can only be exchanged once.
• No cash refunds are provided.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your return or exchange request to be processed. You will be notified once the process is complete.
